 Brendan Neal

14th October - 9th November

Born in Birmingham, Brendan Neale moved to Burnham On Sea 30 years ago and has worked continuously as a tattoo artist in the town.

Having not painted since leaving art school in 1975, he has picked up his brushes again, and has been painting for about a year. Covering a range of subjects and gradually gaining his own style of working, and enjoying the medium of oil on canvas. A change from ink on skin!

The Arts Lounge offers an excellent range of hot and cold drinks and light lunches, cakes and other lovely treats.

To top it all off the Arts Lounge is staffed by our friendly volunteers.

Every Tues, 10am-1pm

Roy Smith

30th September - 28th October

Roy was born in Hertfordshire and, for the past 24 years, now lives in Burnham.

Roy being largely self-taught has always favoured the more traditional style of painting. Preferring the medium of oils, he is a great admirer of the Pre-Raphaelites and the Victorian and Edwardian era which is reflected in a number of the period subjects in this exhibition.  Having not seriously painted for many years, retirement has given him the opportunity to once again be re-united with his brushes.
